Our rolling pins are made from natural birch wood and covered with special non-toxic oil.

It is better if you take proper care of your pin. Just clean the pin (including small holes) with brush under water.

SMALL DOESN'T ROTATE:

We want our products to be protected from any kind of damage during delivery process. So we cover both handles of the pin with expanded polystyrene (EPS). Then it is placed into designed carton package (gift wrapping). After it is put into corrugated fiberboard.

ORDER PREPARATION

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different proccesses. Each proccess has its own term.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

It takes at least 10-14 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-14 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-25 business days.
BUT!!!!
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

Tracking Number will be provided.

If you need to receive our product as soon as possible there two other FAST DELIVERY methods for that:
- First option takes 5-10 days for item to be delivered to you.
- Second option takes 1-4 days for item to be delivered to you.
In order to choose one of these fast methods, you should contact us.
