Add a personal touch to your rings with custom engraving. We offer 18 font styles to choose from for Laser engraving and 4 fonts for Scribe engraving.

✿ Scribe Engraving:
This classic engraving is most suitable for the inside of a ring. Please see the listing photos for examples of how the scribed engraving looks like. It is perfect for engraving dates, initials, very simple symbols like a heart outline, or infinity symbol, or a short text on the inside of a band.

✿ Deep Laser Engraving:
Great for both the outside and the inside of the ring. This is a deep laser engraving that would never wear off. If you are looking to engrave with a special symbol or a custom font, we can certainly offer that as well. Please get in touch to discuss any custom requests before placing an order. We can use practically any font for laser engraving, as long as you can provide it. You can find a huge library of free fonts to choose from at https://fonts.google.com. It is very important to consider readability. The smaller the band, the more simplified the font needs to be in order to be readable at a tiny size.

⁠— When choosing a font, please consider the ring width. You can see the suggested minimum width under each font option.
⁠— When specifying your personalization, make sure to write it exactly as you would want it engraved (including special characters, and spaces).
⁠— CUSTOM - Please get in touch to discuss details before ordering CUSTOM font engraving.

✿ ORDERING:
– This is an add-on service available only for our Silver Floret made-to-order rings.
– The pricing is for engraving one side of one ring. To order engraving for multiple sides, or multiple rings, please use the "Quantity" drop-down menu, or add multiple times to your shopping cart.
– Please note that personalized rings are not eligible for return or resizing

We offer a one-time free ring resizing of up to 1/2 US size difference. Contact us within two weeks after delivery to get your ring resized for free. We can still resize your ring any time afterward for a small fee.

PERSONALIZED GOLD & SILVER BANDS:
Please get in touch so we can determine if resizing is possible and what it would cost.

TUNGSTEN
We offer a one-time free exchange on plain, non-personalized Tungsten bands. Engraved bands cannot be returned or exchanged.

RESIZING IS NOT POSSIBLE ON:
- Rings with stones and/or ceramic inlay
- Rings with engraved designs on either side

We accept returns on plain Gold, Silver, and Tungsten bands unless otherwise indicated directly on the product page. Please review return conditions and applicable fees below.

Returns not accepted on:

- Shipping and rush production time fees
- Products designated with "CUSTOM Item" in the product title or description

Return conditions:
- Contact us within 7 days after delivery.
- Send rings back in their original ring box.
- Returned rings must be in their original condition - new, unworn, without any dents or scratches.
- Please see below for applicable fees depending on what you are returning.

20% of the cost is non-refundable for returned Made-to-Order silver or gold bands. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

We do not resell retail products. We make every single ring, especially for the customer that purchases it. Exchanging a Made-to-Order ring is not something we can offer, as there is no inventory of ring bands in every possible combination of style, dimensions, gold color, gold karat, and ring size. The purpose of the return fee is to partially compensate us for our labor and losses when a ring gets returned to be melted as scrap metal.

If we confirm that there has been an error on our part, please rest assured that we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

We make each ring from scratch after it is ordered and our standard production time for simple gold and silver bands is 2-3 weeks. You can find the estimated delivery date on each product page, in your shopping cart, or on your receipt. Please note the delivery date displayed on product pages is just an estimate based on "ideal" shipping timeframes provided by USPS.

It is so beautiful! My husband lost his wedding ring jet skiing this summer. For his birthday I replaced his ring with one to match my SilverFloret wedding band. I love it. The rose golds match perfectly. The inside inscription is very clear and well done. His new ring is a significant upgrade from his original one. (it was from a well known jewelry store chain) Customer service was super fast at responding and very helpful. :) I am looking forward to working with SilverFloret again soon!
