Items are carefully packaged before shipping. However, after receiving items, you may need to do additional "fluffing" and "straightening" of the materials on the canvases as they may shift during shipping time.

We recommend spot cleaning for stain.

All items are shipped in padded envelopes or box.
Shipping charges include postage, shipping supplies (box, envelope, tape) and handling.

All import fees/taxes/customs/VAT charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If package return to us due to refused to pay taxes/duty, we would NOT process refund.

We are not responsible for any demage, lost mail or incidents after the package is left at the post office..
