Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQs

This shop is not responsible for late deliveries by U.S.Postal Service or other companies used for delivery of products.

Rush orders placed within a 2 week deadline will be charged a $30 fee. Please notify shop of deadline prior to order placement to insure timely processing and delivery.

We care about the environment!! Please excuse our packaging as we only use recycled materials to wrap and package our pieces. This also keeps our overhead costs low so we can continue to provide you with the lowest prices. Also, due to the fragile nature of our pieces, our primary concern is that the pieces arrive in one piece, not the beauty of the exterior packaging.
Refunds are only possible if production of the purchased items hasn't started yet. Please let us know ASAP if you would like to cancel an order.
Cancellation fee after production has started is 25% of total order price.
Since our items are made to order and are custom made, we do not accept exchanges. We are happy to provide exact measurements and pictures to help you visualize the item prior to placing an order.
If an item arrives broken, please contact us right away with pictures as proof of damage. We can then either send you a new order or provide a refund. Refunds will not be made without proof of damage .. in the form of pictures . refund/return to damage pieces is only possible within 1 month of receiving your order.
