• Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting.
• Burn candles within sight.
• Keep away from anything that can catch fire.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Always burn on a fire resistant stable surface.
• Avoid drafty areas.
• Do NOT burn your candle all the way to the bottom. Always leave 1/2 inch of wax at the bottom of your candle before throwing it away.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Due to the high demand of our candles, it would take a ridiculously long amount of time to write personalized messages for certain customers and keep track of which message goes to which package.

We put an extreme amount of care and attention to how we pack our candles as to avoid any damages whatsoever. First, all candles are gone through two separate stages of quality control. Each candle is then cushioned in a generous amount of packing paper after being individually wrapped with the proper amount of bubble wrap and is then sent in a large/thick cardboard box.

All Creepy Candles are made with paraffin wax.

After we’ve gained popularity over the years, there are a lot of rip-offs of our candles. We have fortunately gained quite the following and we’ve received many messages about other shops selling products similar to ours. We assure you that THIS Etsy store is the real deal. We are the real Creepy Candles and every order is given the attention and love that you deserve. Please be aware of other Etsy stores selling copy cat items and please message us if you see another Etsy store selling a candle with the same photos and/or products we sell as this violates Etsy’s policies.
