Our standard shipping method does provide tracking to USA or Canada. There is no tracking for International orders with our standard shipping. Please contact us for details on if tracking is available to your location.

They can be applied to clean, smooth, hard, dry surfaces such as wood, walls, windows, mirrors, doors and even appliances such as fridges and dishwashers.
We recommend installation to smooth, semi-gloss or gloss enamel paint. Avoid matte finish Latex paints and paints that contain anti-graffiti agents or stain blockers as well as Low VOC or VOC free paints, sand paints and suede paints.
Not recommended for application to unpainted wood, textured walls, stucco, panelling, concrete, brick or over grout lines.
The decal will take on the same texture as the surface it is placed on. The lettering won't adhere properly to fabric, rough surfaces, dirty walls, or to paint that isn't well bonded with the underlying surface.

Allow new paint to dry for at least 3 weeks prior to application of the vinyl. If you would like to test our vinyl on your surface, please convo us for a sample. If you apply the decal before the paint cures, as it cures it can release gasses that may cause the decal to lift and not adhere properly. Decals are best applied within 90 days of order so plan your purchase accordingly.

No. The lettering is extremely thin and tends to stretch as it is being removed. Each decal is good for a one time use.

Use a mild household cleaner, a soft cloth or sponge, and a light touch. Avoid cleaners that contain alcohol or abrasives.

No. The decals come pre-spaced and ready to apply, making installation so easy! Larger decals or 2 color designs typically come in 1-2 pieces with guides to assist for easier installation. Each listing provides details on number of pieces you will receive when ordering the decal.
The sizes laid out in the listings are the full size from the top of the highest letter to bottom of lowest letter (top-bottom) and from farthest right point to farthest left point in the design.

We offer free color swatches to USA/Canada. Please message us prior to purchase to get these sent if desired. As colors can vary due to monitor settings, it is best to get the swatches sent if you are concerned about the colors matching your decor. Please note our standard delivery time-frame for your country. If this time-frame has past and your decal still has not arrived it may be delayed in customs.
If your package is lost in the mail, we will ship you new decals.
For Canadian orders a package is not considered lost for 30 business days from the date it is sent.
For orders to the US and International, a package is not considered lost for 45 business days from the date it is sent.

We are unable to ship to Germany at this time. Any orders placed will be refunded.
Countries in the EU will likely see customs fees and duties upon import of goods and these are not covered by the shipping costs. Please check with Customs prior to ordering for any additional costs required.
