Constructed of solid unfinished brass materials, the adjustable branching double shaded tilting sconce is a fixture that can be mounted on the wall. A timeless modern feel that looks great anywhere in the home. A professionally powder coated finish with unfinished brass, makes this a classic piece. Triple Seven Home lighting is a custom, made to order company and therefore, we do not accept returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking numbers for returns are required to be sent to info@triplesevenhome.com

-Cancellation Policy-

We handmade each item to order. Because of this, we have set return and cancellation policies in place. By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing to these terms. To cancel any order, you must contact us via email within 24 hours after the order is placed. The 24 hours includes everyday of the week, including holidays.

-If a fixture or piece of furniture you receive is damaged, it must be brought to our attention immediately so that we can notify postal and at that point sent back to us for repair.

All of our lights are made to order and as of Summer 2017, we are on a 3-4 week lead on most lights. Please email info [!at] triplesevenhome.com -or- jenni [!at] triplesevenhome.com to get current lead times on specific lighting.

-Shipping-
Please make sure all shipping addresses and numbers are correct to insure proper and timely delivery.

We will not be held liable if an order is returned or delivered incorrectly due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address as input by the customer. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost.Please allow 1 -2 days for the tracking information to show via the web.

We ship FedEx and/or USPS, Mon-Fri. Your package will be boxed in a certified 200 lb test box with biodegradable packing materials. Triple Seven Home provides timely and environmentally responsible shipping by using 100% recycled heavy duty kraft paper and 100% biodegradable corn starch peanuts. No need to throw our peanuts in the trash; they dissolve in water for easy disposal!

Our lights can be found in many locations from Florida to France, residential homes to hotels and restaurants. Since our lighting is made by hand, there can be some slight variations from computer screens. While we try to capture the best images possible, there can be some slight color difference.

-Warranty-

Triple Seven Home is proud to offer a 1-year warranty for all lighting. Our 1-year warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the fixture itself. The 1 year warranty does not extend to secondary charges such as contractor or electrician fees. The determination of whether to repair or replace a fixture will be made by Triple Seven Home at our discretion. Any approved repair work must be performed by Triple Seven Home at our studio or an authorized representative of Triple Seven Home on site. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty entirely. Incorrect installation or failure to follow our care instructions will void this warranty entirely. This warranty -does not- cover damages from: cutting wires prior to installation, accidental glass breaking, weathering/environment, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Triple Seven Home, guarantees to the original purchaser that, at the time of delivery, our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Triple Seven Home, LLC., is not liable for any damages caused to fixtures related to mis-handling or inexperience with installation. Fixtures should always be installed by a licensed electrician. Follow instructions for proper bulb sizes and wattage.

-International Lighting-

All lights, with the exception of some chandeliers, are rated 110-240 volts. The threaded Medium bases we use in the States are E26. E for Edison Screw, 26 for the width in mm. In the UK/Europe - E27 is used, which is just about the same diameter and thread pitch, but is a bit taller (one more thread). Usually US bulbs will fit UK sockets and vice versa, but this is not always the case. We have had no issues with bulb/sockets, but it is up to the customer to inquire about installation and what will work best in your country. If you are purchasing a light from us, we will use North American plugs. You can have an electrician remove it once you receive it or buy an adapter at any hardware store to easily install a plug for your needs.

FAQs

•Raw Unfinished Brass -Unsealed/non lacquered brass that we lightly polish. Markings may be visible on some pieces due to the machining or spinning of the brass. No plated brass or lacquered brass will be used in any of our products. This brass will develop a nice organic patina over time. If you love the look of the shined brass, you can wipe your fixture down (carefully) with some non-abrastive brass cleaner.

•Raw unfinished Steel– Unsealed raw steel is lightly polished but kept more in its organic state. Some rust and patina are visible.

•Blackened Brass– We use raw unfinished brass and hand brush it. From there, we apply coats of oxidizing finish until we achieve the dark smoked look we are aiming for.
•Powder Coating - Flat or Gloss, our powder coating is done locally and professionally. Epoxy powders are applied and baked on to form a protective barrier and flawless looking finish. The look is amazing and we have tons of finishes to customize with.

•Polished Nickel– This finish is shining and gloss like. Mirror like finish.

•Copper - This finish is shining and gloss like. Mirror like finish with a rich copper/rust color. Some of our copper finishes are raw and will patina over time. All finishes are detailed in all listings

Daannnnngg - why are your lead times 3-6 weeks on some lights?! Well, let us explain a little more:
TSH is a 4 person operation. 1 shipping, 1 assistant, 2 fabricators.
We are off the coast of sunny Florida, which means home of humidity (bad hair days for days), and we work mainly with brass. Raw brass and humidity don't mingle well so we can't make our lights ahead of time and pre-stock a lot of stuff (powder coated lights, we do). So, everything is hang brushed, punched and fabricated PER-ORDER. We take pride in our lighting manufacturing and want to make sure you're getting a quality light! So, we try our very best to get it done faster for you and get them out the door before our lead time projection. Thanks!
