USA ORDERS - I am based in the UK, all items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving a cleared payment by ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SERVICE, this insures your parcel for up to £20, IT IS NOT A TRACKED SERVICE. The estimated delivery from the UK to USA is approximately 14 days, but can take up to 30 days.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $35 is via STANDARD AIRMAIL (NOT trackable) if you require a faster tracked service please upgrade your shipping!

If your order is of a higher value, or you require it sooner I strongly suggest you purchase a shipping UPGRADE so your packet can be sent ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKED AND SIGNED this service will fully insure your order and provide you a tracking number so you can follow your packets progress in the mail system. The estimated delivery time from the UK to USA with this tracked service is 7 days, allowing for a smooth transition through customs.

You can do so by purchasing the USA TRACKED service in the shipping options.

For an even FASTER service, I also offer an INTERNATIONAL FAST TRACK service via DPD this takes no longer than 5 days and is fully trackable and insured. I can ship to most major countries in the world via this service USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA etc The cost is an additional £30, this is expensive but a much more reliable and trustworthy service.

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES, every so often customs will retain a parcel, this is beyond our control, but could delay your purchase arriving within the estimated time.

CUSTOMS - Customs processing times can vary greatly, between 24 hours and 4 weeks!
Please be patient. Tracking will halt as the packet enters customs, and then restart as soon as your packet is realised.

I cannot refund you the full amount for a lost packet if the insurance level is inadequate. I am giving you the option to choose your own level of shipping.

UK ORDERS - I always post by Royal Mail First Class within 3 days of receiving payment.

UK Special Delivery - I can also post out special delivery within the UK, it's insured and guaranteed next day delivery.

All of my customers are really happy with their purchases (please read my reviews!) But every now and then a parcel may go missing or arrives late, please read the policies below before ordering, thank you!

I will post to the address that comes through on your Etsy order. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure this is the correct address, please contact me ASAP if you wish to change an address. After a parcel has been shipped you cannot change the address and it then becomes your responsibility to retrieve your item.

If a parcel or packet does not arrive, or is lost in the post please contact me as soon as possible so we can sort things out. Items shipped from the UK to other countries can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, so please be patient.

I always obtain proof of postage, and can supply images of receipts if needed for a claim. I cannot refund if you do not contact me within 30 days of the item dispatched date, in this case I will provide you with a copy of the proof of postage so you can make a claim.

I can refund on damaged items, but only the cost of the item and NOT the postage.

Items should be returned in original packaging and a refund will be issued upon their arrival to me. Please note that if you are outside the UK this can take up to 4 weeks. Please obtain proof of postage for returning packages, I am not responsible for refunding items that fail to arrive back to me.

CUSTOM orders - When I set up a custom listing for you, it will be after a number of conversations to ensure the butterflies I am creating are the correct ones for you in size, colour and shape. Please be aware that custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE so please ensure all your details are correct before ordering.
