The one you see on the model is a 22Ga sterling silver, handcrafted, 3 mm "Periwinkle" Swarovski Crystal nose stud with a 5x5mm "L" back.
I also make these with a 2mm crystal :)

Squeeze a 1/2 lemon with in some water enough to cover the jewelry, soak it for 10 min, rinse, dry, then polish with a silver polishing cloth and disinfect, will be good as new.
Sterling Silver cleaning:

There are some silver cleaning solutions are out there, I personally, use a two-layer polishing cloth, then rinse, disinfect and dry.
Gold:

Try any mix metal polishing cloth, rinse and dry.
For NEW Piercing:
~~~~~~~~~~~~
You can change the jewelry when fully healed!
You need to keep the jewelry in that your piercer picked out for you until the healing process is complete.
If you aren't sure whether you are healed, please consult a professional piercer!
