--------What is a Giclee?--------

A "giclee" print represents the highest printing technology currently available. "Giclee" is simply a French word that means "sprayed ink", and the results rival every other traditional printing process in color range, depth, and accuracy. Giclee prints are created with a 8 to 12 color ink process, as apposed to a 4 color process. The inks and the substrate are always archival in quality and will typically last more than 80 years without fading if protected from direct sunlight. Because of this high quality and advanced technology, giclee prints can be found in galleries and museums all over the world.

Great care is taken to insure the safety of your artwork in shipment. Smaller prints are shipped flat in a plastic sleeve and a rigid photo mailer.
Prints 11 x 14 and larger are shipped in a protective cardboard tube. Giclee prints 16 x 20 or larger may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Shipping Method (NOTE: Due to COVID-19 disruptions, transit times are not guaranteed. Some packages shipped via USPS are experiencing significant delays.)
