I love this wolf bonnet. Perfect for my wolf obsessed family. I was a little disappointed how slow it got to me. But their customer service really made up for it. I loved how the fixed the issue and made me feel listened to and addressed my concern. I love it when a small shop has great products and wonderful customer service. This bonnet will be a family heirloom for sure and I would highly recommend these bonnet to everyone!!

I never received my item. I purchased it over 3 weeks before I needed it and specified the date in the order. When it didn’t arrive by then, I contacted the shop and they said they would overnight it to me. Still it never came and no responses from the shop when I tried to get a status. If you’re not going to ship it, at least tell your customers so they can try and purchase it from other sellers. Now, I have no time to order another birthday hat for my daughter’s first birthday. Very disappointed. Especially since I paid more and choose this shop out of many because you could specify a needed by date. So many other sellers doing the same stuff, my advise, try another store.

Jen, Unfortunately once a package leaves our hands we are not responsible for delays. If delays occur - we still do our best to help out any way we can. The original order shipped right way but was delayed thru USPS, we offered to overnight you a new one at a cost to us so that you would have it for your daughters party but we did not hear back from you in time to make that possible. Again we go above and beyond for our customers and every event means so much to us we are sorry this transaction did not work out how either of intended.
