A splendid French vintage movie camera by Pathe; this model is called the Motocamera with a lens by Krauss. Given the item's relatively small size, this item is very heavy. I know nothing about these old movie cameras but it appears to work as when you wind the key it starts to roll, however, I'm selling as a prop or cool piece of home decor. As for age, I have seen various dates quoted from the 1930s to the 1940s - the very nice senior gentleman I purchased it from also confirmed this era was correct for the camera. A really super piece!
