I am happy to create custom orders for you. Items can be personalized for special events by adding names, dates & colors to match your theme.

All items in my shop are made to order and therefore considered a custom order. I create a brand new item each time an order is placed Due to the fact that your purchase is a custom order I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is defective. Personalized orders are non-refundable. If there is a problem when your purchase arrives please contact me within 2 days of receipt so we can work together to make it right

*Due to size constraints in my shop I do not stock wire forms and purchase as ordered. All wire items are non-refundable unless defective.

There are no refunds on custom orders.

If purchase is a gift being mailed to different address please make note in the Etsy notes to seller, I will gift wrap and include a special handmade card from you.

Items will be shipped approximately 4-5 business days after payment has cleared unless otherwise stated under "shipping & policies" tab. For details, see individual items.
I mail all orders USPS: First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail. If you would like shipping confirmation or insurance please let me know so I can bill accordingly.
Shipping charges include a small handling fee.
I use recycled shipping materials whenever possible to save on expenses so I can pass the savings onto my customers with everyday low prices.

All towels, bibs, pillow cases, t-shirts are machine washable, warm water, tumble dry low. No Bleach. Recommend turning items inside out to wash

Please make sure that your shipping address' are correct on your Etsy account. If for some reason either address is incorrect and the item is returned to me you will be responsible for the second shipping cost as well as the original! If you would like your items shipped to an alternate address please be sure you change it on your order before placing. Orders will only be shipped to address on your invoice.

If you choose to cancel an item that has been returned to me due to customer error there will be a 20% restocking fee less shipping. Original postage is non-refundable.
