Tracking info makes it appear package is missing in South Africa. Seller declines to notify PO that package is missing. Seller did not respond to several communications until I suggested I would have to dispute credit card charge. Seller says he is too busy to re-ship my order ahead of people who ordered long after I did. I ordered these to wear at a DNA conference where hundreds of like-minded people would see them. Very disappointing.

The photo doesn't come close to doing this ring justice. It is absolute perfection. I got it today and can't stop smiling.
If you have pawwed besties, you must buy this ring. The craftsmanship is phenominal and it is sooo comfortable.
I wear it on my index finger and it also fits on my thumb. It looks awesome!

This is a beautifully finished, high quality item. It's larger than we imagined it to be, so even better value! Couldn't be happier.

Delivery took a while but it was Christmas (and it was shipped promptly, it was just the slow postal system) and the supplier responded promptly and was very helpful.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Shipping will only take place after payment has been received and confirmed by our local bank i.e. money visible in our account or in case of a PayPal transaction, the money withdrawn into our account. This is just to make sure that everything runs smoothly, its much harder intercepting a package if an order is cancelled after it has been sent.

Returns & exchanges

General dissatisfaction and damage:

In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us so that we receive it within one month after initial delivery for a full refund and postal reimbursement*.
We do not foresee any damage taking place during shipment, but if this does happen please take a picture of the damage immediately upon receiving the item showing the damaged packaging as well and email it to us. We will then compare it to the pictures taken before shipping to determine the extent of the damage and the action to be taken. Please do not fear, if the item is damaged in transit we will take it up with our carrier service, but the email must reach us within 24 hours of collection at your post office or delivery if the package was delivered door-to-door. If the packing is damaged and someone else has received it on your behalf, please ask them to open it and check for damage on the actual item.

Incorrect ring sizes:

Refunds are not offered for rings that do not fit. We take the greatest care to insure that the ring measurement is correct according to the order information. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the ring size provided is correct. We use the British sizing scale, but most jewelers in countries using the US scale will be able to provide an accurate conversion. Please do not Google your approximate size. If at all possible, visit your local jeweler and have your finger measured. Tell them what the ring you intend to purchase looks like and its approximate width so that they can advise you on the correct size. In general, the wider the ring, the tighter it fits but the rings used for sizing are usually quite narrow, creating a grey area best estimated by a practiced eye. If the jeweler does not use the UK scale, please ask them to measure the exact inside diameter of your chosen size with a vernier (which any jeweler worth its name should have in the shop) and include this in the comments at check out. This measurement should preferably be expressed in millimeters and since there is only a 1/4 of a millimeter difference in diameter between the one size and the next, accuracy is essential. If you made a mistake and would like to have it resized, you are welcome to return it to us for sizing. Unfortunately the postage in both directions will then be your responsibility.
