Description

Blue Toile de Jouy French Rococo Ornament. This reproduction toile was originally designed by Jean-Baptiste Huet in the late 18th century for the Oberkampf Factory in Jouy-en-Josas, France. L’Escarpolette is an enduring Classic by one of the great Toile master designers. 3 3/8” diameter smooth foam ball upholstered with toile de jouy. Depicts a handsome 1790's Gentleman, his hounds and a cute little fox. Appropriate for a boy baby shower gift. Bebe Ribbon upon request.

~ Toile on four sides

~Seams covered with gold metallic braid

~ Seven (7) bead jeweled pendant with a mix of faceted crystal, metal and glass beads

~Topped with a light blue wired Louis XVI style noeud de ruban.

~ 3 3/8" diameter

~ Overall height top of hanger to tip of pendant approx. 9"

~From a smoke free studio

~Packaged in a tissue lined inner gift box and an outer corrugated box for shipping (suitable for gifting), tied with a ribbon and adorned with an Eiffel Tower charm. "Bebe" ribbon available upon request for no extra charge.
