We will refund any item that is not shipped out already for a full refund. Any item already shipped, will be refunded minus all fees, including shipping. The refunded item must be returned before refund is applied. We must be made aware of any issues with your purchase, and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Any order costing less than $6 that is lost by USPS, will not be replaced. Any order above $6 will be replaced only once if lost.

We will be shipping all orders every Monday and Thursday. Orders placed on the shipping date will be shipped out the following shipping day (Order on a Thursday and it will be shipped the following Monday).

We may ship in between these dates upon request, but you must message us first if you want a certain answer that we will be available to ship in between shipping days.

We will also add tracking and/or expedited shipping, but will have to add the charge to your order amount to cover additional shipping costs. It is beneficial for us both if you notify me before ordering that you would like additional services, how many buttons and your zip code/country, i can than create a listing to make this process as easy as possible for both of us.
