Most items in our Etsy shop are listed with the cheapest shipping option available; 1st class mail. We love this service for it's speed and cost. We pack carefully to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. We always insure high value packages. With UPS you will receive a tracking number to watch the progress of your shipments if you have provided a valid email address. USPS packages only ship with delivery confirmation, no tracking information is available. If the USPS delivery confirmation shows that your item reached your mail receptacle the USPS will deny insurance claims, should your package be stolen from your mail receptacle. Therefore we do not replace stolen packages that the post office has a delivery record for. Please do not provide a delivery address where your item is at risk of theft.

International orders are accepted but shipping options are limited and brokerage fees and duties are the customers responsibility. Delivery costs built into our listings only cover 1st class international mail which can take between 10-40 days to arrive worldwide. Additional handling fees may apply.

For orders with a total value over $19.99 to Canada please be prepared for a $20 custom clearance fee. Brokerage fees of $50 have been reported for orders at the $200 invoice amount.

As of November 5, 2018, Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group Ltd., charges a single-import customs clearance fee of 12 pounds sterling (GBP) for all low-value parcels subject to customs charges that it delivers — i.e., parcels whose declared value is more than 15 GBP (for merchandise) or 39 GBP (for gifts), but not more than 873 GBP. Parcelforce Worldwide charges a flat fee of 25 GBP for high-value goods of more than 873 GBP.
