It is made with MDF so it is very light.
The Casita is hand-painted with Chalk Paint white, pink or mint (according to your choice) and has colorless ultramatte varnish for more protection against the passage of time and humidity.

To clean your house you only have to slightly moisten a soft cloth and pásarselo lightly. Do not rub too much as you will leave your house more unprotected.

If you are interested in shopping two or more items from my store, please contact me before making your purchase. We can combine shipping costs to be as cheap as possible. In case there is surplus in the shipping costs, you will be reimbursed via Etsy platform.
Physical products, being handmade products, require 3 to 5 days of preparation. If your order is personalized or made to order, it may take an extra 1 or 2 days. Customization of digital products will take 2 to 4 days to prepare. All orders begin to be prepared once payment is received.
Payment must be made within three days of the date of purchase, otherwise it will be considered canceled. If there is any problem with the payment, please contact us.
Keep in mind that the color of the products may vary due to the calibration of the monitors.
Import duties, taxes, fees, etc. are not included in the price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your customs office to determine what these additional charges may be before purchasing. I have no way of knowing if/when any customs fees will apply to a shipment.
