Family Foto Fun allows you to upload photographs and other information as part of our services. You retain all of your rights in and to anything you upload or otherwise make available through our website, unless otherwise specified by Etsy, which includes but is not limited to text, code, images, binary files, accounts, account information, e-mails, messages and any other user communications, including all Intellectual Property Rights in such content (collectively, “User Content”). “Intellectual Property Rights” means any and all patents, trademarks, trade names, trade dress and service mark rights (and associated goodwill), rights of publicity, copyright, moral rights, industrial designs or design patents, technologies, procedures, processes, trade secrets, designs, inventions, discoveries, know-how and works of authorship, and documentation thereof, and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights as may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications for any of these rights and registrations, renewals and extensions of any of these rights, in each case under the laws of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction.

Nothing herein shall restrict Family Foto Fun’s rights under separate licenses to User Content. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove User Content from our website for any reason, including but not limited to User Content that we believe violates the terms of our website or violates the rights of any third party.

By using the services provided in our website, you agree that any User Content that you post, upload, display, or transmit to or through the website: (i) does not and will not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party, including without limitation any Intellectual Property Rights or rights of privacy or publicity; (ii) is not obscene, lewd, vulgar, pornographic, libelous, defamatory, threatening, abusive or otherwise offensive; (iii) harms minors in any way; (iv) impersonates any person or entity, including without limitation any famous person or company, or misrepresents or fraudulently or falsely misstates your affiliation with any person or entity; and (v) does not suggest or imply that you have any other affiliation with Family Foto Fun outside that of a user of our website, including without limitation that you are endorsed by Family Foto Fun.

For example, by placing an order with us, you are providing us a License to use your completed wood photo. If you prefer not to have your completed piece visible to others, please contact us through Etsy or at woodfotos [!at] gmail.com
