Returns and exchange details

Even a Witch's deliveries sometimes end up less than 100 percent perfect. If there's something wrong with your order, please contact me.

I accept returns if you're not satisfied with your order.
By law, the return window is 14 days after receipt of the goods. The cancellation period starts the moment the customer receives a product, so that means you have fourteen CALENDAR days (not business days) to return your product.

Please note that buyers bear the shipping cost related to returning goods.

If I receive an UNCLAIMED package at the studio, I will notify you and you have 14 business days from the date of notification to re-instate the order. If you do so, the item will be shipped again and you will be billed a second shipping cost. If you do not reply within 14 days, the item will be returned to inventory (if it is deemed fit to re-stock), and you will be refunded the balance of your original charge less a 5 dollar re-stocking fee. If the item is too damaged to re-stock, I will refund you 50 percent of your balance.

Shipping policies

Your item(s) will be shipped to the Etsy address specified in your order, If you need the package sent somewhere else, please write the address in the note to seller.

First Class Mail is the cheapest mailing option but offers no tracking number. If you prefer registered mail, which can be tracked, please let me know and I will alter the shipping charges accordingly.

I try to ship orders as quickly as possible - it normally takes 2-3 business days for in-stock items- made to order items take about 1 week. I always contact customers to let them know when their order has been shipped.

International shipping time varies, depending on your country.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

If the buyer does not accept/pick up a package and the parcel is shipped back to the sender, then the buyer covers all return shipping costs.
