Returns & exchanges

I do not refund on purchases that have been mailed and do not accept returns on items that have been personalized. IF I made a mistake on the personalization then I will replace the item. If you spell the name wrong or list the initials in the wrong order then that is your mistake and the item can not be replaced nor returned. Initials for monograms are ALWAYS to be listed as FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE.

I have $50 insurance on each package, If item has been damaged by USPS or lost by USPS file claim through USPS. Once package is ship and tracking number is issued USPS is responsible for item.

If buyer decides to cancel the order because they no longer want the item there will be a 15% restock fee charged to the refund.

If item is not what you ordered you have 48 hours to notify me after item is delivered. Item must be returned within 10 days before refund will be issued. If the mistake is on my part I will remake or refund your money.

If item is not returned to me within 10 days after delivery no refund nor exchange will be made.

Shipping policies

I ship USPS mail 3-6 days delivery except for locations outside of US. This does not include weekends and holidays. Normal ship time is 3 weeks after order is placed.

All items over 16 ozs will be shipped USPS Priority except for locations outside of the US. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check tracking daily. When delivered if for some reason you did not receive the package please contact your mail carrier immediately. I am not responsible for package left at the wrong address or that was lost by USPS. If your package shows delivered and you did not get the item you must contact your post office that day. They are responsible for packages left at the wrong address. I will help you in any way that I can to locate the package your carrier and post office are the ones that know where the package was left.

Need a rush order please let me know. Ship date is around 4 weeks after purchase. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks longer. If you need the order before 4 weeks please message me before placing the order. If I can work in a rush order I will let you know and then you will need to leave a comment when placing the order so that I will know what date the item is needed. I do not have time to go through messages looking for a specific dated needed.

If you need the order before the three weeks of production time plus the time it takes for shipping, please message the shop before placing the order. Orders paced from mid Aug to mid Jan will have a 6 week ship date regardless of ship date.

Any changes requested from original design will result in a 3 week delay in shipment.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS WILL TAKE 3 WEEKS LONGER THAN SHIP DATE.

Once the order has been placed you have entered a contact between the buyer and seller. Neither party will be allowed to leave a negative feedback nor slander the other party.
