Returns and exchange details
Since every item is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Same applies to custom orders and purchases intended as gifts.

Refused packages and packages returned to us at the customers’ own will or without any notice will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your packages' expected arrival time was delayed for whatever reason (caused by USPS, weather, public holiday, or any other factors), please note that we are not responsible for the delay and will not be able to offer any returns or exchanges even if you no longer need the item. Thank you for understanding!

Please double check that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any packages that have been shipped to the wrong or undeliverable address. We will not be able to resend the package to a new address and if the package gets returned to us, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. If you would still like the item, you would have to purchase it again. Thank you!

Please ensure that your entered shipping address is not of a temporary address that you may no longer be residing at soon (e.g. hotel, resort, dorm, traveling temporary stay etc.) as our items are handmade to order and they take time for us to make, and shipping delays that we have no control of do occur as well. So there is always a chance that the package may not make it to you on time. If you insist on sending your package to a temporary address, we will not be responsible for any packages that end up not being able to be delivered before you leave. No packages will be resent and no refunds will be processed either. Thank you for understanding!

To minimize your shipping cost, stickers will be shipped via USPS stamps inside an envelope. Please note that there will be no tracking information. If you would like to have tracking information, you may choose to upgrade to first class package. Please select your desired shipment option during checkout. For Phone Cases:
Orders will be mailed within 3 - 5 business days.

Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

International orders (outside of USA) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International with delivery confirmation. Please be aware that you may have to pay taxes imposed by your customs office.

By shopping with us, you have agreed and allowed us to ship your packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like your package to be shipped via other shipping services, please contact us to discuss other options! Please note that extra charges may apply.

USPS's average shipping time once shipped:
