Love this rug....Faux Fur Rugs was extremely easy to work with. They stand behind their product!

I've grown to like this rug, but do not like that the seller did not state that it has a completely soft bottom; especially in light of the price. You can actually wrap the whole thing around you like a soft blanket. It stays in place fine, but does not provide a solid foundation to walk on. I went in to this purchase aware that I could not return it, as was explicitly stated on their site, but I would have returned it if that choice was available.
