This 11"x14" print is a collaboration with the talented Amy Ruppel. We each drew half of the images that we felt represented our fair city, Portland, Oregon. The free space in the middle is a rose, for the Rose City and the others are typical sites around town. How to play? Jump in your Subaru (that's one space right there), drive over the Burnside Bridge (another point) and view the lovely Made in Oregon sign. (Almost there!) Stop at Voodoo Donuts (one more to go) and get passed by a fully-bearded guy with a full-sleeve tattoo riding a tall bike! (BINGO, BINGO and BINGO!!!) Other spaces include rain puddles and rain boots, (if you don't like rain you don't like it here), local wildlife like squirrels on wires and loud crows. Local landmarks like the OHSU tram, Mt. Hood, (not always visible, sometimes too cloudy), the Benson Bubbler fountains, iconic lamp posts and the beautiful Elk Fountain. Of course, our most famous landmark, the "Naked Lady Club" has many locations and the moving targets include pedi-cabs, and the MAX. Made for all those who live here or just love it!
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT RED, BLUE OR GREEN.
Also, if you're in Portland, let us know if you want to come to the studio and pick it up. We'll refund your $5 shipping!
