Description

These leather metallic textured silver tone teardrop earrings on sterling silver hooks are modern style and simply beautiful and lightweight to wear, and will brighten up any outfit.

The earrings are approximately 1.73" (4.4 cm) in height (including hooks).

I will include a nice packaging with these earrings.
Made in Bosnia and ships from Bosnia.

The item is not waterproof, so avoid any contact with water, perfume and other liquids.

Orders not paid for within 48hrs via PayPal will be cancelled and immediately re-listed. Orders are shipped from Bosnia and Herzegovina 1 to 3 business days after the payment (unless otherwise stated).

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

All items in my shop are handmade by me and are specially cared for. The photographs on my prints, cards and other items are taken and copyrighted by me.

Customer satisfaction is very important to me, so please contact me if you have any questions before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I always do my best to solve any misunderstanding.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days after you have received your purchase so we can find together a satisfactory solution.
I will exchange your item(s), if I have more then one piece of the same item available for sale, or refund your money (plus the shipping cost for the initial delivery to the buyer) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as for the return shipping cost.
If items were not returned to me in its original condition (example: missing one or more parts, etc.), or if they have been worn, I have the right to refuse refund and items will be shipped back to the buyer at buyers cost.

Certain items cannot be returned for health & hygiene reason (earrings,..).

Please, read carefully the description of the item you are interested in, before you buy it.

Note: Due to the nature of digital images, colors may vary slightly on your monitor. It also depends on your monitor settings. If you need any additional photos, please let me know.

I'm willing to re-send the package on my cost to you only if I have made a mistake, but if the mistake is on your part (for example wrong address, unclaimed or refused package, etc.) then I will wait for the item to be returned to me before I can ship it back to you. The buyer will have to cover the shipping cost.


○ LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
It is rare that an order gets lost or damaged, but in case that happens, contact your local post office. Once I have shipped the item, the all responsibility is on the post. Therefore, I'm not responsible for the lost or damaged package! Regardless, do let me know if that happens.

○ I ship worldwide. The shipping method for all items is by Priority Mail through the 'Poste Srpske'.

I ship to your address in your etsy shop/invoice. Please check if your address is accurate and let me know if you want me to send your order to different address.

After payment is received, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated). I will let you know once your order is shipped.

○ REGISTERED MAIL ON REQUEST
Priority mail is the cheapest mailing option (no tracking number available).
If you prefer a REGISTERED MAIL SHIPPING with a tracking number, do let me know. The shipping cost will be higher.
Please note: Registered mail requires your signature. If you don't sign for or pick it up in time, your item will be returned to me and a new shipping fee will have to be charged in order for me to send your item back to you again.

Orders over 30 Euros will be automatically shipped by registered mail.

○ CUSTOM FEES / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Export to non-EU countries may result custom duties on buyer's account. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I'm not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency.

○ Items ship from Derventa, Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina via priority mail. The estimated delivery time is about 6-10 days (sometimes longer) for Europe and 15-20 (sometimes longer) to the USA, Canada, Australia and the other countries.

○ Delivery times vary depending on your location. All items purchased from my shop will arrive safely packaged and in an air bubble envelope in order to get to you securely.
