Our linen is fully washable, and gets better with every wash! Wash at 40 degrees/100 F. It has been stonewashed and preshrunk, so it wont shrink. As to whether you iron or not - well thats up to you!

We have a tiny workshop so we have to be very organised! We are not a big factory (like many sellers are on here :(). Therefore we make our products in batches and when they are gone, there may be a wait before we make the next batch as we rotate the production cycle. We will take custom orders and we can't offer a refund on these, sorry.

Once ready, on average you should receive your items within 5 working days, unless it is:
1 - a bespoke order - please ask for turnaround times
2 - 1/2 small items - we use US mailto keep prices low so shipping times can be up to 21 days
*We do not ship to P.O. boxes*
To keep our shipping prices low we do not iron our products heavily before shipping, as it actually increases the volume, so please be aware it will arrive creased. However, this is natural for linen textiles and will iron out perfectly.

It is ONLY if the courier has a issue - we will never use it for any other reason! We have learnt (from experience) that when we do get the occasional issue, such as DHL cant find the address, that the phone number saves a WHOLE lot of pain. Remember, we are shipping cross continent! :)
