Description

Two glorious deep burnt orange genuine Mexican fire opals, 1.3 carats in total, glow from a simple half circular handmade sterling silver setting with relief design that echoes beautiful Japanese ceramic or kimono patterns. The simplicity of this all sterling silver earring design is to highlight the beauty of these brilliantly colored transparent genuine Mexican fire jelly opals. In direct sunlight you will see flashes of stunning green, red, orange and yellow fire in the depths of these opals. These sizzling gem stones measure approximately 5mmwide and 4 high. The earrings as a whole measure about 1" from top of earwire to bottom earring edge and about 1 1/4" side to side. The stunning earbobs have been given a high burnish finish to catch the light.

Shipping policies

Shipping within the United States:
For items selling for $99 or less I will send them in a padded envelope First Class Mail with tracking. Cost of shipping is listed for each item. If you would like insurance let me know, and I will provide a reserve listing. To give you an idea of the cost, insurance for a $100 item is about $3. I would also be happy to send items under $99 via USPS Priority Mail which is about $7. Again, I would provide a reserve listing should you request this shipment method.

For items selling for $100 or more I will send them USPS Priority Mail with tracking which costs about $7 for the smallest box. That size box should be fine for one to three items. If you would like insurance let me know, and I will provide a reserve listing. But to give you an idea of the cost, insurance for a $100 item is about $3. FYI, USPS Priority Mail takes about two to three days on average.

International Shipping
For International Shipping, I can ship first class with no tracking, no insurance, no guaranteed delivery time if you are okay with that. All customs charges must be paid by customer at time of receipt. I assume no responsibility for receipt of merchandise once it leaves my hands at the post office. I do not offer first class shipping to Mexico at this time.

Another option is International Priority at $12.95 to most countries for small, fixed rate box one to three items. Delivery is between 6-10 days and same custom fees must be paid, if any, by recipient. International Priority is $10.95 to Canada and UK. The only way to insure for exact value is Registered Mail and the cost is substantial.
