5 out of 5 starsStudio C Fiber Art Dec 12, 2017
Very good book, the majority is patterns and design ideas which really shows the range in which weaving can go, also good information on types of fiber, color harmony- how to think about planning a project. The only thing I was a little disappointed on was there is not as much information on the basics of weaving as I expected. I guess I was expecting more instruction and actual "how to's" on stitches & less project patterns, but an excellent book overall. Good for a beginner and someone who has been weaving for years, so overall a well done book, I highly recommend it! Photography is beautiful also!! And many many projects that would help someone find how & what material might become their favorite to use! A lot to explore in this book!
