DELIVERY & SHIPPING

PRODUCTS
Since all items are handcrafted please allow sufficient time when placing orders. We will do whatever we can to rush orders, but cannot guarantee it. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. All orders will ship by USPS shipping system, insured with delivery confirmation.

We will cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipment. All packages will be insured through the USPS shipping system and expect buyers to comply with the standard policies set forth by the insurance provider should there be a need for an insurance claim. If your package is lost, presumed stolen or damaged through the shipping process, the buyer must sign an affidavit (provided by the insurance company) in order to complete the insurance claim. For orders over $150, refunds will be made only after insurance has paid for the claim.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
For digital downloads products, no physical item will be shipped to you. You can either download the item instantly or for customized items you will recieved the download link via your contact provided on Etsy.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are always welcome. Let me know what's on your mind!

PRINTS
Copyright is not transferable with the sale of the print. The buyer is not entitled to reproduction rights.

DIGITAL FILES
Purchase of the files does not transfer ownership, rights for reproduction or rights for resale. The files are made available for personal use only and may not be distributed or used for any type of resale, licensing, or commercial use. They may not be edited, modified, used to create derivative works, or used on products for sale. They may not be sold or used for giveaways, logos, websites, etc. Using them in any way without my permission is in direct violation of copyright laws.

CONSIGNMENT
At this time, we are not able to do consignments.

CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGN
We can work with you on creating a line just for your store! If you are interested in certain pieces or have a few ideas of your own, several designs can be produced.

The final price of your custom order will be determined by the style and materials chosen for your custom jewelry creation. You will be given an estimate at the time of your inquiry. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of your order. If you decide you want to make adjustments to your custom order during the time your piece is being created, We will adjust the price of your piece accordingly.
