Please allow us 5 - 7 business days to make your precious.
Although if you need the item on a certain date let us know before making a purchase.
We will do our best for you to receive the item the day you want.
All our items will be shipped in a beautiful jewelry box!
They are going to be ready to gift as soon as you receive them!!

First-Class Mail : 4-7 days (Can take 2 weeks or longer when delayed)
Priority Mail : 2-3 days
Priority Mail Express : 1-2 days
USPS tends to get delayed frequently, if you need your item soon please contact us and consider other than USPS.
USPS First class takes the longest if you wish to use USPS please be sure to select faster shipping if you need your item soon.
UPS and FEDEX are available.
We are not responsible for any orders that got delayed by the shipping company.

Please be sure someone over 18 years old is available to sign for your package.

FedEx service we use is FASTEST one, it's faster and safer than USPS.

Since ALL countries have different tax policy, it's recommended for buyers to contact customs in their country for current import fees.
We are not responsible for any delays, taxes, duties and VAT that causes at customs as it is dependent on country's policy.

If you're purchasing a band and planning to wear it with engagement ring please consider ordering a quarter to half size up depending on how tight your engagement ring is. (More rings you wear on same finger tighter it gets.)

Happened to ordered the ring too small or too loose? You don't like the color? Don't you worry and just send it back to us after letting us know.

CERTIFICATE
Store certificate is available upon buyer's request so please contact us if you need one. Your e-receipts works as proof of the item.
When requested, we can send it to a legitimate 3rd party laboratory like GIA or EGL.
Diamond that weighs under 0.50ct. each is not recommended due to the price of certificate.
Certificates are $100 and over each depending on the item.
GIA & EGL are available.
However if you want, you can get the certificates on your own once you receive the item from us.

WARRANTY
Your item will have 1 YEAR warranty.

If you think your package is lost in transit please let us know immediately.
If tracking is marked as "DELIVERED" we can remake your order but you would need to pay the replacement fee.
We add signature service on certain packages so please make sure to contact local post office if they're holding your package.

- Discounts will NOT be honored on items purchased with layaway plan.
- First payment will be non-refundable deposit of 20%.
- The buyer is obligated to track payment progress.
- If payment progress stops for 6 month, payment plan will be terminated and refund will be issued without the deposit.

You can simply clean your ring by using a small amount of soap and gently brushing it with a soft toothbrush underneath the ring.
** For Opal, please finish cleaning the ring within 2-3minutes.

● About Opal..
Since we use natural opal, it has a propensity to absorb water, which causes the color to fade away.
When this happens, please use a hair dryer and dry it with warm temperature but not too close.
