Description

A Vintage-Satsuma Vase-Hand Painted Dragonware-Made in Japan-Circa 1920's-1930's is on my shelf. A raised pattern with a dragon wrapped about the top portion is in excellent condition with a little ware on the Dragons head from cleaning over the decades.

A makers mark on the bottom is quite clear and the appearance of what looks like chips on the bottom. After a close examination it has these marks about the bottom surface are at quarter points and some smeared glaze are from the manufacture process. Likely from firing Greenware to bisque. Transparent glaze is ponded in the recesses from subsequent firings during the glazing process.

This specimen is in very good condition and is a highly desirable piece. Flat finish brown with gold and multiple colors to highlight the features. Even has green dragon claws.

Dimensions are approximately 6 1/4" Tall x 3 3/4" Wide and a base diameter of 2 3/8"

Returns and exchange details

Anything that arrives broken due to packaging or similar issues will be refunded or replaced if possible. all are insured with USPS.
Items can be returned for up to 14 days you are responsible for return shipping Item must come back in same condition as sent and there is a 15% restocking fee. No returns after 14 days.

I ship in 1-2 business days, usually same day. International shipping available. Prices upon request. I pack and ship every piece my self and will take all responsibility for any problems based on packaging.

Layaway Plan
Layaway can be arranged on Items over $100.00.
I require a 30% deposit and you have 35 days to pay additional 70%.
I hold all Items until all funds are received. Then it will be shipped in 1 business day.
There are no returns on deposit after 5 weeks Item will be relisted for sale and you lose the deposit.
Layaway is not a offered by ESTY it is the shop owner's responsibility.
