I call this one the turtle top. It reminds me of a fancy turtle lady out on the town, living it up in her sparkle top!

Vintage 1960s black wool shell covered in sequins with emerald green rhinestone embellishments across the hips and collar. Zips up the length of the back. Made by Hudson's Bay Company. Excellent condition, no flaws or blemishes. Marked size medium, fits true to size. Flat measurements: 18" width, 21" length.
