Items are shipped within a day or two after payment was received. Please note that I ONLY mail Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please let me know if you need your items in a hurry. I'll do my best to "expedite" your order so it can be shipped ahead of others that have been placed prior to yours.
I use USPS both for national and international shipments.
IMPORTANT: If you'd like your items to be insured or sent with delivery confirmation, please convo me so I can quote how much this extra service will cost.
I'll be happy to work with you should you need your items in a rush. Priority mail usually gets your items delivered in 2 to 3 days.
I will reimburse grossly overcharged s/h fees.

Custom orders: should you change your mind, please let me know within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours and once I've started working on your custom order there will be no cancellation, no refund, no returns either once you received your order. Paid custom orders are final after 24 hours of having received payment.

Small international orders do not come with tracking option. Larger orders are automatically treated as "parcels" by the postal service and those do come with tracking, but only within the U.S. After leaving the last location in the U.S. international parcels are no longer trackable unless you want me to send them with registered mail. In this case please contact me before I mail your order so that I can quote how much extra this service will cost.
International buyers- The buyer is responsible for any custom fees or taxes due at country of destination.
International orders can take anything between 2 and 4 weeks, depending of country of destination.
For international orders: It is hard for me to estimate your s/h cost. If grossly overcharged I will reimburse you accordingly.

I am not responsible for items that have been shipped and not received.
Unfortunately I have no control over the postal system.

Please note that I will ship to the address listed in your Etsy purchase unless you request differently.
Should your purchase be for a special occasion such as a birthday, mother's day, a Xmas gift, etc,. I will be MORE THAN HAPPY to include a personalized note from you. Simply let me know what you'd like me to write and I'll be glad to do this in your name.

Please note that I have no control over items once they have been shipped and in the possession of the Postal Service. I will be happy to send you a copy of the postal receipt as proof of mailing, but delivery speed is up to the post office.
I am is NOT responsible for holiday delays, postal errors and lost items during delivery transit. International shipping via First Class Mail is not trackable. Buyer is responsible for customs' fees, shipping insurance and taxes.
