Returns & exchanges

Contact me within 3 days of receiving item and let me know what the issue is, I am happy to try to resolve any that arise.

Originals are insured, they cannot be replaced, but with the proper documentation with the post office, I will be able to refund your money. Please contact me via convo or email, and we can work out the details.

*Customers will be responsible for shipping cost when returning purchases. The item(s) must be returned in sellable condition in order for a full refund to be granted, unless we have agreed to another course of action through email, or filing a claim from the Post office.
