All of the cake toppers are made using glitter coated cardstock. This is detailed in each of my listings.

If when tracking your package it seems lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they'll assist about your lost package.

If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they'll assist you from there. If the item can't be located, please file a Mail Not Received Complaint Form.

If either of these situations occurs and it seems your package cannot be located, please contact me.

Returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders are not accepted. If there is an error on my part or if you are unhappy with the condition of your order, please message me to resolve the issue.
Please Note that Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Current processing time is 1-3 days (Monday-Friday) before shipping. Once mailed, USPS First Class Mail shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous 48 states. 5-7 business days to Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days. International buyers are responsible for all import fees/taxes. Priority/Express Shipping is an option that is chosen at checkout.

All International Orders come with tracking and are shipped via USPS. Please keep in mind that shipping via USPS internationally is typically 7-21 days.

Glitter Topper is not responsible for damage to cake toppers/cupcake toppers by fire.

Sales Tax will be charged on orders.

All Custom & Personalized Orders will receive a draft that will be in black color prior to printing. Once the order is approved, the draft will be made the color that was selected at checkout (gold, black, silver...etc).

-Once the approval is sent, if there is no reply acceptance of the design is noted. The cake topper will be sent out as originally requested.
