I am happy to provide a full refund or exchange provided you contact me within 15 days of your purchase. The buyer will be responsible for returning the original prints in its original condition.

All prints, with the exception of some larger prints, are shipped in a clear protective (archieval safe) sleeve against a stiff backing board and placed in a sturdy photo mailer. Some larger prints will be safely rolled and placed in a tube for shipping.

Most orders can be shipped within 24 hours. Domestic orders can take 5-7 business days for priority mail to reach it's destination. International orders may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on custom requirements.
There may be times I am out in the field and can't accomodate the 24 hour goal. If I am in the field and can access wifi I will contact you and provide a firm shipping date.
TRACKING:
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number as soon as your order ships.
LOST OR DAMAGED:
If you think your orfer is lost in the mail, first check your tracking details. If it shows it has been delivered but haven't received it contact me so the situation can be assessed further.
If your print arrived damaged, snap a photo of it, email it to me, and we'll happily replace it.
