SHIPPING
All my orders are shipped with Registered Priority Air Mail within 1 ~ 2 weeks from full payment received. Normally orders are delivered within 6 ~ 8 working days for US/ CA/ AU and up to 20 days for APO, PO box and remote area address. During festive seasons and other busy postal periods and weather delays it can take longer for a package to be delivered. Every order will have tracking number except orders to APO, PO box or Remote Area address.

This backdrop is everything we wanted for our nursery and we are very happy with it. However, it’s not simple for a couple who has never done this type of work before. It’s definitely a two person job. I am grateful for the past craft projects and past cell phone screen protector placements I’ve had to do, because it requires those same thought processes. Our product unfortunately didn’t come with a protection shield mentioned in the instructions. The instructions also didn’t include anything about overlapping the pieces. Thankfully, Kirk provided that extra information, which made a huge difference in how everything came together. Unfortunately, it added an extra inch of space from our edge measurements when we already had open edges. However, we were very pleased with the service and the quality of this product.
