Due to the lthe volume of orders and custom requests I receive, in order to keep my prices low and turnaround time on target, I cannot accommodate proofs for every order. The ONLY orders that will receive proofs are new designs that are being custom created. Minor changes to my current designs do not count as being a new design. Minor changes do not receive proofs. Thank you for understanding. If you must absolutely have a proof, then I can provide you once for an additional $5 fee. This would also delay the production time of your order.

Once completed and placed, your order is immediately put into production. Request for cancellations or changes to orders must be received the same day as the order is placed. Rush orders may not be canceled or changed. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order and shipping information before it was submitted. For orders canceled, there will be a 10% cancelation fee. Please allow up to 2 business day for the cancelation of you order. Shipping and rush fees are not refundable.
