Usually we need 1-2 weeks only to make item/items. For 5+ items we might ask for 1 extra week.

We can always discuss a posibility of rushing your order if you want to wear the outfit on a certain date, please, send a message before orderin.

We ship via regidtered international airmail. It means that package will be delivered only to addresser (or PO Box) and in most countries it requires signature.

After order is shipped, you will receive shipping notification with tracking number.

If you haven't received an order in 3 weeks after shipping notification, send us a message ASAP.

- Our goal is to make you happy with your purchase, that's why if you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us for solution.
- We don't refund and exchange custom orders, including custom fits.
- You can send item back within 3-5 DAYS from the date of receiving, in original condition: without wearing, trace of perfume, washed, spoiled in any way and with all the tags attached to our Ukrainian address.
- Buyer pays return shipping
- Original shipping cost is not refundable.
- Return of duties, taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- There is a 30% non refundable restocking fee (includes taxes, administrative fees, etc.)

- Please, keep in mind that colors in person can slightly differ from ones that are shown on photos depending on features of your monitor.

-Our clothing is as pictured and shown on the models, however, it may look different on you. We can't be responsible if you choosen the wrong size, color or desing.

- We have a strong quaity control system, however, even big companies sometimes make mistakes.

- If item arrived in damaged package, you would need to fill in a claim at your post office as in this case it would be responsibility or recepint's postal service.

- If you got defective or wrong item by our fault, replacement or full refund will be sent shortly. We may ask for photos of damage or item and/or to send it back at our cost.

Most models can be customized by size, length, some style changes and so on. Depending on what kind of customizations you need, there might be extra cost. Don`t hesitate to ask about customization, but please, keep in mind that custom orders are non refundable and non exchangeable.

For most items we would need this list of measurements:
1) bust (around fullest part with the bra on)
2) waist (natural waist, the narrowest part of the body)
3) hips (fullest part)
4) how tall are you (from top to toe, not from neck or shoulder) like 5'5'' or 165 cm
5) for plus sizes - upper arm circumference (around biceps or fullest part)
6) for girls/teenagers - age
7) for pregnant ladies - depend on month (send a convo)

If you want to cancel an order or change your address, please, contact us within 12 hours after purchase.

If you request cancellation within the same calendar month, you'll receive a full refund.

If you request cancellation within the next calendar month, there is nonrefundable 10% fee.

We can accept PayPal only, however you can pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Every piece is carefully handmade to order by our team. Most importnat details are mentioned in description, but feel dree to ask any questions or additional photos.

Most items can be made in different color, from another fabric, made to measure or with some desing changes.
