Product was perfect. The only complaint I have is that the initial charm wasn’t black like the rest of the lettering on the other charms ..if that makes sense? The letter K looks like a super dingy dark brown and not black . Not dissatisfied just wished it looked a bit darker that’s all , as it’s a gift for a teacher .
