    Ordered product a month ago and still have not received my purchase. Contacted seller and they didn’t seem to care. They emailed that it was probably stuck because of postal strike etc. This was not noted on sellers page when I purchased product. Their not willing to help in the least! I ordered the product for my sons first birthday. I thought a month would be plenty of time for order and shipment. Oh Boy was I wrong!! I recommend not ordering unless you don’t have time restriction! Poor customer service!

    We're sorry you didn't have a positive transaction. However your order was placed and shipped within 24hr. It was then out of our hands and in Canada Post's. We state in the listing that there is no tracking as we use regular letter mail and are happy to add additional cost for expedited shipping if the buyer wishes. We answered all of your emails, perhaps not to your liking as well as refunded the order. Not sure how else we could have provided better customer service? As you can see from our reviews we have a 98% satisfaction rate and we do strive to get your packages to you as quickly as we can however this delay was out of our hands.

Shipping policies

Purchases are shipped to your Etsy address. Please make sure that this is correct.

All packages are shipped through Canada Post. Canadian orders are usually received within 7 business days. US and international orders usually arrive within 12-15 days or sooner depending on customs. ***Please understand that I have no control over shipping time, your patience and understanding is appreciated***. US packages are sent via Small Packet Air with no tracking and no insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package contact me for a quote

Once your package is in Canada Posts hands I am not responsible for it. If you pay express shipping and your package takes longer then stated this is not in my control and you will not be refunded for your shipping charges.

Customers outside of Canada - you are responsible for any custom/ duty charges that may apply. Contact your local post office for information. I will not accept any returns due to custom/ duty charges. I cannot change parcel values or mark as a gift unless it is a gift. Lying on a custom form can result in a $10,000 fine.
