Due to the custom nature of my work I accept returns or exchanges of photo prints up to size 11x14 with 20% restocking fee. For larger sizes prints as well as photo print sets, 30% restocking fee (minus initial shipping costs & return shipping costs) will be applied.
If there is nothing wrong with the items and customers just change their minds, 30%-50% restocking fee will be applied (minus initial shipping costs & return shipping costs).
Canvas wraps, framed photo prints, metal photo prints, large-format prints and print sets are final sale.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me ASAP with a description and photographs of the damage so I can initiate a replacement order.
