A great gift for the young girl who loves the "Hitty"or"Magic Elizabeth" books. She could have her very own Hitty or Elizabeth.Check her out on zoom. She has the sweetest face!

I call her French Hitty because by night in her younger days she was a Parisian CanCan girl and by day a demure
flower girl selling tussie mussies on the Champ de Mars
to English tourists.

Whenever a gentleman would say "You look so familiar,Mademoiselle, have I seen you before?" she replied
quietly "No,Monsieur,you must be mistaken".

Hitty is quite old now and prefers to stay at home.
Even she doesn't remember when she came to the states.
She's still in great shape,a statuesque 21in tall.
Her stuffing is "perfectly proportioned"(her words not mine)
And she doesn't smoke or own a pet.

Her face is embroidered, her hair is yarn, her shoes unfortunatly do not come off.Her skirt, jupon (petticoat),and
scarf are removable for laundering.

Her scarf is antique lace not original to her,I gave her that since she was missing her top.And as to wether she's really french or not, well, for all I know she could have come from Paris,Illinois, and everything she told me was a big fat lie!

(She's old but I'm guessing she was never really played with because she's in very good condition and very clean. She's been with me about 10 years just sitting on her little victorian chair.I'm sure she's quite bored with me.)
