Bull Moose Progressive Party T-shirt
Materials: polyester, cotton, rayon
What to do when you get your best friend elected as President of the United States and then he turns his back on you?
Just start your own party and beat him in the next election.
In 1912, Theodore Roosevelt ran for a 3rd term as President...against his former friend William Taft. Both lost the election to Woodrow Wilson and the Democratic Party. But not before Teddy Roosevelt had the most successful 3rd party campaign in U.S. history, beating out Taft and pushing his progressive ideas into the political spotlight.
This particular shirt come in black with a faded wash. The fabric is very soft with great drape, stretch, and recovery and made from 50% polyester, 25% cotton, and 25% rayon.
At Taftly, we want everyone to rediscover the amazing—and often crazy—history of American politics. We craft fine apparel and goods for history teachers, students, and lovers to help spread their love of history to everyone.
