My ponytail hats are perfect for the OR, or anywhere else you'd like to wear them! Made from 100% cotton, these hats have been pre-washed and will not shrink.

Hats tie in the back over ponytail pouch with complimentary grosgrain ribbon. All hats are one size fits most.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Prior to purchasing an item, please convo me with any questions or concerns. The "note to seller" field on the checkout page is not the best place for either questions or concerns.

Please convo or email me if you have any problems and I will do my very best to work with you. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders cannot be returned. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Item must be received in the same condition it was shipped in order to receive a refund of the purchase price only. Returned items must be shipped via USPS first class mail. I reserve the right to refuse any refund if the item is not shipped back as requested.

Shipping policies

I ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive on your doorstep. Please make sure I receive your correct address. If you check out with an incorrect address, I cannot be held responsible for you not receiving your item(s). If paying via PayPal, make sure the address on your account matches your shipping address.

Upgraded shipping is available at an additional cost. Please convo me before making your purchase if you need this item sooner than 2-5 business days.

Once your item(s) have shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. This is where my responsibility ends. You are responsible for tracking your package. Should there be a problem, please contact the postal service to resolve any issues. If your package shows it was delivered and you have not received it, contact the postal service as soon as you notice the problem.

Additional policies

I love custom orders! If you have a request, I would be happy to research the possibilities and do my best to make it happen. Once a custom item is ready, I will convo you a link to your item. You then have 14 days to purchase your item. If you need more time, for any reason, just let me know. If an item sits for more than 14 days and I have not received any communication from you, it will be listed for the general public to purchase.

FAQs

My hats are made of 100% cotton. To maintain the color and longevity , I recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry.
Most often, items ship the next day. Sometimes I can ship the same day if the order is received in the morning and I'm not at my day job.
