Owner will gladly replace, refund, or do an insurance claim for item(S) if item(s) get damage DURING shipping or lost in the mail ONLY. Please message the owner 5 to 7 days of the shop of the issue(s )and send(if product(s) arrive in the mail damage) documented photos to the owner for damages of the item(s) that was purchase. If customer does not provide proof of damages owner or it has past the days to response, OWNER WILL NOT issue any refunds or insurances claims. Owner WILL NOT refund if buyer decides they no longer like the product. OWNER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS!

OWNER WILL NOT REFUND OR PUT AN INSURANCE CLAIM if buyer(s) have neglected products by not following the Care section of these polices.
Shoes sizes: All Shoes will be size U.S. sizes for all shoe types.

Please make sure that you do the proper research for shoe sizes before purchasing ANY shoe listing at the shop(Owner WILL NOT refund or do any exchanges if shoe size is wrong, buyer is fully responsibility for knowing their shoe size.

Women BALLET shoe sizes: Start at size 6 and up to size 11. Shoe size also comes in wide and half sizes up to 9.5( 9 1/2).

Woman SLIP-ON sizes: Start at size 6 to size 11. ONLY comes in WHOLE SIZES.
Shoe care:

ALL SHOES that are available at the store are infused with thread(hand stitch) or fabric glue/Mod Podge.

Owner MUST NOT put shoes into wash or dryer! Must use spot and rise method or hand wash method to clean shoes!

Shoes are meant for CASUAL WEAR such as walking! NO EXTREME ACTIVES SUCH AS RUNNING, HIKING, DANCING, ANY SPORTS ACTIVES, or ANY ACTIVES THAT ARE REQUIRE EXTREME USAGE OF MOVEMENT!

If you follow these instructions shoes should last for a varies of years!
SHOES ARE HAND SEWED OR USAGE OF FABRIC GLUE/MOD PODGE BY ME! They are vary sturdy and have been to know to last for about over a year! ALL SHOES will be constructed like that unless other wise, if so, I will have it in the MATERIAL SECTION and here in the FAQ!

Evidence of such handy work can be seen in the pictures of the listings. OWNER DOES NOT PHOTOSHOP ANY PHOTOS IN THE LISTINGS PHOTOS!

These are handmade, one of kind, can not get anywhere else!

Buyers ARE RESPONSIBLE, for knowing when they need any product(s )to arrive at their home. Buyer(s) must plan ahead of time due the fact that shop has a window of shipping items, that can be over the span of 1 to 2 weeks when items are ship out.

If buyers want to cancel the order they have place, they have 2 days to cancel their order. After the past 2 days, order CAN NOT BE CANCEL and Buyer(s) will NOT GET A REFUND.
