Haylee's Boutique cannot be held liable for packages delayed in transit or that experience a delayed delivery once they leave our shop and in the possession of USPS. Orders will NOT be returned, exchanged, refunded or re-shipped due to shipping factors such as: weather + delivery delays.
Due to our busy holiday season beginning, we do not accept cancellations on orders. All sales are final. Please be sure to always read our current turnaround times for each individual listing or message us to inquire if your item will arrive on time PRIOR to placing your order. If your order is past the scheduled shipping date located on your Etsy receipt and you wish to cancel- please send us a message with this request. This is the only way an order can be cancelled.

Please purchase the rush order upgrade if you answer, "YES" to any of the follow questions: Are ordering last minute? Need your order within the 1-2 weeks? If you are unsure whether to purchase the upgrade, please message me. A priority shipping upgrade is NOT the same as a rush order upgrade, priority shipping is an expedited shipping method through USPS and your order will ship from our shop by your scheduled shipping date. A rush order is a premium service upgrade we offer in our shop to expedite the processing of your order after it is placed.
I always suggest to check with your neighbors first to see if the mail was mis-delivered on accident by your postal carrier. We also suggest to please contact your local post office so that they can get in contact with your local carrier. Haylee's Boutique cannot be held liable for mis-delivered mail as caused by USPS error. Your order will not be re-shipped or refunded. Packages that are delivered to the wrong address will not be replaced. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees of a returned purchase to the correct address or buyer must place the order again if the package is not returned to Haylee's Boutique. All shipping labels are created using the shipping address provided when placing your order. Please double check this! ♥
♥ Badge reels that become damaged 21 days or less after being marked as delivered will be offered a one time courtesy reel replacement after a photo has been sent. The replacement will be just the reel, not to include the design. You must re-glue the design onto the new reel yourself. All badge reels are shipped unclasped. Each badge reel order goes through a two step process to ensure each badge reel is functioning correctly and buttons are inspected. By doing this, we know that we are shipping you the highest quality badge reel. Please take caution and be careful when buttoning and unbuttoning your badge reel. Badge reels are shipped unclasped so when a photo is sent for a damaged reel and a button is missing that it is due to user error.
All orders shipped come with USPS tracking information, this information is emailed once your order is shipped from our shop. USPS typically delivers first-class mail within 3-5 business days; however, there are times when there can be a delay in the delivery of your package. If your package has not moved in over a week, please message me so that I can contact USPS. This process can take several weeks, please be patient as I work with USPS to locate your package. We cannot be held liable for packages lost by USPS once they leave our shop and in the possession of USPS. Your order will not be re-shipped or refunded. We highly recommend you purchase the insurance upgrade during checkout. ♥
Please notify me of the damage within 48 hours of your postmarked delivery date via your USPS tracking number.

We will ONLY send replacements If you chose the insurance upgrade or Priority Mail upgrade during checkout.

No replacements will be shipped on orders without insurance. You can add this inexpensive upgrade to your order during checkout. I always recommend for my customers to please protect your purchase, especially with the holidays approaching and it being the busiest time for USPS.
Please be sure to note the current turnaround for each item you would like to purchase. If you need an item by a specific date, please include this in a note on your order or please send us a message with this information so we can update your order.

If you chose to NOT purchase the rush order upgrade, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will arrive in time for your event or need by date. We will add this information to your order and try our best to accommodate this but please be mindful that our current turnaround reflects the amount of orders that are placed ahead of yours and each item is handmade to order. Our cancellation policy is within 24 hours of placing your order, no exceptions will be made, your orders are planned for in advance.
Please contact me within 48 hours of the postmarked delivery of your package. All items are shipped with a USPS tracking number. Any time outside of the 48 hours, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with replacement of a damaged or missing item from their package.
