Replacement Level Glass Vial - Spirit Bubble Level Vial available in Colours, 100mm, 70mm, 35mm -With and Without nib

A damaged or cracked vial? A replacement glass spirit level bubble vial is the ideal solution. Or it can be used on it's own or in a custom tool setup.

The Vials are available in 2 Sizes (35mm or 70mm) and in 2 Liquid Colour choices (Clear or Green).

Manufactured using borosilicate glass, each spirit bubble level vial is decorated with ceramic lines to indicate readings. These lines are permanently baked for durability.

Vials are stress-relieved, fast setting fluid-filled and precision bubble-sized as specified above.

Size 2: 70mm (long)*11mm (Diameter) Sensitivity 45", nib version 73mm

Size 3: 100mm (Long)*9.5mm(Diameter) Sensitivity 3"2mm, with nib (Clear Only)

Size 4: 25mm (Long)*8mm(Diameter) Sensitivity 20"2, without nib

These are handmade, do allow 0.4mm in diameter size fluctuation. We haven't found any with more than 0.35mm (at the max) variation though, in diameter.


Materials: We go through lots of different samples, including liquids, metals, etching, colours. For example, we even check types of glass used. Sometimes we prefer 'hard', other times we specify borosilicate glass.

Making: We then specify the exact type of 'decoration' - the ceramic lines to indicate readings. These lines are then permanently baked for durability (you'd think we describing a cake baking recipe here!)

Testing: Each spirit level is hand tested and using a precision machine. We've been known to reject quite a few. Rest assured you will received hand-checked, calibrated bubble level - one we would use ourselves. No generic items here.

Gift Box: We also include a gift box, just to keep it protected at all times. Each bubble comes with our own in house brand mark of approval - the caterpillar.
