I want you to LOVE your undies. Alterations are happily provided at no cost. I'm able to do all sorts of things, like change the elastic length, raise or lower the waistband, make them a hair bigger or smaller...
Due to the delicate nature of the merchandise, all sales are final, though exchanges may be made if alterations won't suffice. Please e-mail me before sending it back- I look forward to making sure these undies are your new favorite pair :)
Custom orders may only be exchanged in certain instances, determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me with any questions prior to purchase.
Refunds do not include the cost of shipping; clients are responsible for their own shipping costs incurred for alterations. I'm happy to cover shipping costs to get the altered undies back to you :)

Made-to-order items are shipped within 14-21 days.
Underwear of the Month Club subscriptions will be mailed during the second week of each month; enroll by the end of any month to be included in the next month’s shipment. Your undies will be shipped monthly for as long as your prepaid subscription lasts.
All packaging is recycled and it's important to me to use the most eco-forgiving products I can. I may recycle packaging materials, like shipping envelopes and such. Please let me know if you prefer a new shipping envelope. Each pair of undies comes packaged as if it were a gift, but I'm happy to include a gift tag- blank or otherwise- just let me know! :)
