A large pewter Quaich for passing whisky round the dinner table. Marked under one handle feintly WISKEMANN. The Wiskemann family is a well known silversmith dynasty in Belgium manufacturing from 1870 to the present day. This Quaich has some old script engraving on the side which is not readable and is dated to the late 19th century. Measuring 5 inches across the diameter. Has the typical dings and marks of used pewter but nothing to spoil and it polished well to give a lovely aged feel.
